Diversity & Communication

Communicating productively with a diverse and changing workforce and citizenry is 

a quintessential skill of a public administrator.  The NASPAA Core Competency of Diversity & Communication requires acknowledging and addressing systemic inequalities, implicit biases, and the role a public administrator has in establishing cultural competence.
